MISSION
Connecting patient life to clinical care.
ABOUT
C
hronic illness is continuous, but healthcare isn't. Everything that happens between visits -- a change in routine, a medication forgotten, a
cost too high to mention -- goes unseen. Under value-based care, health systems are now financially responsible for that gap, underwriting risk they cannot see, let alone manage.

Our founders started Bedlam Health because they have spent their careers experiencing this gap as clinicians, operators, and researchers, and believe the tools to close it finally exist. We are determined to build the infrastructure needed for the shift to value-based care to actually work, and we're looking for the right people to build with. If you'd like to join us or learn more, reach out.

A new kind of urgency
In addition to technical depth, our team has spent careers as clinicians, operators, and researchers inside health systems — we understand the constraints, the workflows, and what it actually takes to change them.
130 million Americans live with a chronic condition. Whether their health improves depends on what happens day-to-day as much as treatment decisions. But important between-visit changes to routines, behaviors, and life circumstances, rarely reaches doctors.
Since shifting to value-based care, health systems are increasingly accountable for hidden outcomes. We're building the bridge between value-based incentives and the real-world context needed to act on them. So health systems can do better and patients feel better, faster.
